Mixes get one round of revisions by the artist after all songs are delivered to them. After that, an hourly rate of $50 is applied for additional mixing work.
For studio time, there is a bit of leeway on overage, but generally for each hour over a 4-hour or 8-hour block there will be a $75/hour rate applied.

The Dream is run by brothers Hoag (recording and mixing engineer) and Bonesaw (owner).

You should plan to bring your own gear, but we do have a great-sounding drum kit should you wish to use it, and a variety of amplifiers.
We use state of the art Universal Audio and Slate analog outboard emulations to capture all those classic sounds of vintage outboard gear.
You will hear your mixes played back in incredible quality on a pair of Yamaha HS80M monitors.
We use Universal Audio analog tape emulations to get the warm sound you're all after.
We use Pro Tools. It's the best. We don't mix on a huge desk.
We've got all the microphones necessary to make your album sound killer.
